CEO Challenge raises over $160,000

Led by Epworth’s Chief Executive Lach Henderson this year’s mixed bike ride and trek challenge took place in Vietnam, with a group of 16 participants riding up to 70km a day, starting in Hanoi and moving into the countryside.
The group included leaders from some of Epworth’s major partners including chief executives and other executives as well as Epworth’s Executive Director Finance and Commercial Services Liz Camilleri and Executive Director Epworth Medical Foundation and Brand Scott Bulger.
The team have tirelessly trained and raised funds in the months prior to the Challenge and together they have raised an incredible $160,000.
This funding will be used to directly support mental health research overseen by Epworth Clinic’s Professor/Director of Psychiatry, Professor Paul Fitzgerald as well as being used to purchase new surgical equipment for Epworth Richmond.
